Ashley Graham brings over 17 years of experience in the beauty industry, blending creativity, education, and real salon operations.
Creativity
Behind the chair, Ashley specializes in extensions, special event styling, and color placement, creating polished, elevated looks that are both modern and wearable. Her work is rooted in real salon results, with a focus on detail, finish, and consistency.
Education
As Co-Founder of Ashley Sabit Education, Ashley is passionate about delivering salon reality education that stylists can immediately apply. She has worked as a Platform Artist and Artistic Team Member for major brands and salons across the country, known for simplifying complex concepts and creating an engaging, confidence-building learning experience.
Operations
Alongside her creative and educational work, Ashley plays a key role in salon and brand growth. As Brand Manager for Gold Professional Haircare, she leads education initiatives and supports nationwide distribution, while also driving marketing, team development, and business strategy within the salon.
Ashley is the creative strategist—bringing structure, clarity, and real-world application to everything she teaches.

Sabit is a visionary stylist and educator with a career spanning over two decades. As Co-Founder of Ashley Sabit Education, he’s driven to teach stylists practical, high-impact skills rooted in salon reality.
Creativity
Sabit founded Sabit V. Salon in 2008 and has trained under world-renowned educators, including Vidal Sassoon and Bumble and Bumble in NYC. His editorial work has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, Hip Style Magazine, and high-profile runway shows for Mitchell’s and Richard’s in Westport and Greenwich. He has also been part of elite design teams at Warren Tricomi and Peter Coppola.
Education
Through Ashley Sabit Education and as Education Director for Gold Professional, Sabit has educated stylists across the country, His haircutting education is known for breaking down advanced techniques into approachable methods, helping stylists build confidence and refine their skills.
Operations
As a long-time salon owner, Sabit understands the reality of running a successful business. His perspective ensures that everything he teaches is not only inspiring—but practical, efficient, and profitable behind the chair.
